Blisstina Francesca Francis Mariam Alicia Plutonium is the older stepsister of Berserk, Brat, and Brute, and the first living creation of Oppressor Plutonium, appearing in The Powerpunk Girls. She debuted in Power of Four special in 2017. Credited usually as the fourth Powerpunk Girl, she is really the first. She is voiced by Stephanie Beatriz.

Blisstina has darker skin unlike the other PowerPunk Girls, wears a light violet dress with a black stripe in the middle, a bit similar to Bunny, her late "stepsister" (becuase her stepsisters created her back in the original series and only lasted one episode). stretched out tights, and black Mary Jane shoes. Unlike the other Powerpuff girls, she is a teenager, having much wider hips and longer legs. Blisstina has long neon light turquoise hair formed as triangular bangs. She on and off wears an blue headband with a purple heartbeat adorned upon it. She has violet eyes.
