Boomer is the second member of the Rowdyruff Boys. He is Bubbles' evil male counterpart.

Boomer is the second member of the Rowdyruff Boys. Just like his brothers, he is a creation of Mojo Jojo and a resurrection of HIM. He shares many of Bubbles' physical traits, having short blond hair formed as a flip, which flips outwards in a similar style to her pigtails. His signature color is cobalt blue. He wears a cobalt blue long-sleeved shirt with a black stripe in the middle of it, as opposed to Bubbles' non-sleeved, turquoise dress. He also wears black jeans and black Converses, as opposed to Bubbles' beige tights and black Mary Janes. He is also voiced by Kathryn "Kath" Soucie.
